All website prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the complete order total must be shown before the purchase is completed.
Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before ordering. NST is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, modification, incompatible use, unlawful use, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
An automated order confirmation confirms that an order was received but does not guarantee acceptance. The order is accepted when NST confirms shipment.
NST may cancel and fully refund an order affected by an inventory error, obvious pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, promotional code misuse, or legal compliance concern.
Promotional codes have no cash value. Unless otherwise stated, each code may be used once, for one eligible product, and cannot be combined with another offer.
Any product purchased at a discounted price or using a promotional code, coupon, launch offer, clearance price, or other special offer is FINAL SALE.
F5 MFG administers its product warranty directly with the end user. Warranty eligibility, coverage, repairs, and replacements are determined by F5 MFG.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without removing any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s province or territory.
Government, agency, dealer, wholesale, and commercial orders may be governed by a separate quotation, purchase order, or written agreement.
