All products purchased at a discounted price or using a promotional code, coupon, launch offer, clearance price, or other special offer are FINAL SALE.
Final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged because of change of mind, ordering error, compatibility, fit, colour preference, or customer preference.
This final sale condition does not limit applicable rights relating to products received damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from their description.
Regular priced products may be returned if Northern Shield Tactical is contacted within 14 calendar days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, free from scratches or tool marks, complete with all parts and hardware, and returned in its original packaging.
The customer must receive return authorization from Northern Shield Tactical before shipping anything back. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable unless NST shipped the wrong product or the product arrived damaged.
Products that have been installed, partially installed, altered, painted, modified, or damaged cannot be returned.
Customers should report damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
F5 MFG provides and administers the manufacturer warranty directly with the end user. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to F5 MFG. Northern Shield Tactical may provide the appropriate contact information but does not approve or decide manufacturer warranty claims.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
